I gotta keep reminding myself to not get caught up in this hype! It’s not the academics so much that count in this high school career, but the friendships you make! Hurting someone for your own sake isn’t all that! I keep reminding myself not to do it…but everyone else does it…and I’m just so utterly confused. Is it okay? Is it not okay?
Am I supposed to ‘stick with it’, but make myself unhappy and insecure? Or move away and satisfy my needs, but make someone else unhappy? Or is it that I just have to change my perspective? >__<;; But it’s so. darn. hard!
It’s not fair that where I stand is far away from where I want to.
What would -you- do? =/
